It’s time for the November issue of Perceptive Travel, home to the best travel stories from book authors on the move. Two of the features are on warm places you’ll probably want to visit someday. One is on a place that some people used to want to visit, but no more.

A month has flown by again and it’s time for the new issue of Perceptive Travel. I’m not sure where November went, but here we are at the last month of the year.

So it’s time to go read Kristin Olson’s account of a fashion show in Kabul, to hike high into the Andes to meet a shaman with Sharon Spence Lieb, or to bike down the Road of Death with Carla Seidl.

I’ve plowed through a bunch of books and have reviews of three worth buying, all good potential holiday gifts by the way. So check out these travel book reviews.
